Tummy Troubles

Ben's blood counts are doing much better, and we were able to come home for a day or two, even though he still has a fever. However, we are going back today so that Ben can have some more tests done to try to find out why he throws up so much. He is going to have general surgery where they are going to scope his stomach to take a look and also to take a tissue sample. Then they are going to put a probe in his esophagus and leave it there for 24 hours to measure acid reflux. Hopefully all of this will get us closer to finding a way to help little Ben not throw up so much.

  1. I sure hope that works. Throwing up is one of my most unfavorite things, especially from acid reflux. I am so thankful to know that we have the best doctors here in Utah, especially Primary's. Most of them probably hold the Priesthood and probably kneel in prayer, asking for divine guidance each morning before leaving for the hospital. My sis, an RN does the same, so I really believe that. They know in whom they rely. Love you guys!
