Still here....

Ben is really sick. He has no energy, and basically feels awful. They did an MRI to see if excess fluid in his head is causing the nausea, and that all looks clear, thank goodness. He still doesn't have any white blood cells, and he has been throwing up much more than usual. They called the G.I. specialists, and they are going to order some additional tests to see if he has pancriatitis, an ulcer, do studies of his esophagus, etc. They said that it could be long term damage to the nausea center from the tumor, and if that is the case it will be very difficult to treat it. Sigh. They may decide to do all of that inpatient, or outpatient, and that will also determine when we go home. We'll keep you posted as we can.
